People, Planet, Prosperity Forum 2024

Description

From 3-4 June 2024, ADB, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Stanford University’s Natural Capital Project will co-convene the People, Planet, Prosperity Forum 2024 (3Ps Forum) at the Stanford University campus. The 3Ps Forum is offered by invitation only and is a follow-up to the Global Forum on Mainstreaming Nature in Decisions held at Stanford in 2023. The Forum will focus on natural capital assessment and accounting projects in various countries, including ADB’s five pilot countries: Armenia, Cook Islands, the People’s Republic of China, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.

The Forum will enable participants to share lessons learned during implementation of the pilot projects, and discuss issues, identify needs, and decide on next steps. The 3Ps Forum aims to improve project implementation and management of natural capital projects and identify innovative and scalable solutions based on natural capital and ecosystem service approaches.
